Cancellations & Seat Drop

If your bus doesn’t Pop

You are not charged the trip fare. If a payment is captured but your seat cannot be fulfilled, Snowpop creates a refund obligation to the original payment method.

If Snowpop cancels

A cancelled trip is not eligible for a no-show fee. Captured trip fares are refunded to their original payment method, less refunds already completed. Required consumer rights and any greater protection in your booking remain in effect.

If your plans change

You can list an eligible confirmed, paid seat through Seat Drop. Resale is not guaranteed. Its price can decrease over time, including to $0 under the applicable eligibility rules.

85% recovery

When your Seat Drop is claimed, 85% of its resale price is returned as a partial refund to the original payer, capped at the remaining refundable original payment. If someone sponsored your seat, recovery returns to that sponsor. The remaining 15% is the Seat Drop fee. This does not create a bank payout or stored account credit.

Pending and completed refunds

Recovery remains pending until Stripe confirms the refund. Your bank determines when it appears on your original payment method. Contact support if a refund fails or you need help with the original card.

Weather and material changes

Snowpop will contact affected riders about cancellations or material trip changes. Accessibility, carrier failure, breakdowns, and disputed no-shows are handled through support. Mandatory refund rights override contractual defaults.
