Rider terms

Who can ride

Snowpop booking and riding are for adults 18 and older. Each passenger must consent to the applicable terms. Keep your contact and passenger details accurate.

Your booking

Tag in saves a payment method before the final fare is locked. A trip Pops when its minimum rider threshold is met. No charge unless it Pops. The final fare is charged when it locks; later joins pay the locked fare. The departure page must state the total fare, what is included, pickup details, and applicable deadlines before you authorize payment.

Your crew

Split means each rider pays for their own seat. Host pays requires express authorization for named, consenting passengers. An unpaid pod invitation is a soft hold: it does not guarantee a seat or count toward Pop.

Transportation and support

Snowpop arranges trips using contracted transportation companies and handles checkout, support, and refunds. The transportation company providing your trip, the pickup location, and material service details will be disclosed before booking. A trip change may require your consent or a refund under applicable law.

Boarding and conduct

Arrive at the stated pickup time and bring your current Boarding Pass. A transferred pass is no longer valid. Follow driver safety instructions. Contact support before booking about accessibility needs so the appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.

No-show authorization

A $25 no-show fee may apply only when you separately agree to it, the authoritative boarding record is closed, and you did not board. Cancelled or disrupted trips are excluded. Disputed boarding records require support review.

Your rights

Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. See the cancellation policy for Seat Drop and trip cancellation treatment.
