Privacy notice

Information used to run your trip

Snowpop uses account, booking, passenger, message, payment-reference, and support information to authenticate you, arrange transportation, deliver trip updates, prevent fraud, and reconcile payments. Stripe handles payment and partner bank credentials; Snowpop does not store full card or bank details.

Who receives information

Authorized transportation staff receive the passenger information needed to operate their assigned trip. Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Resend support the service. Access is limited by role and company membership.

Product measurement

Snowpop uses Sentry for errors and PostHog for approved product measurements. Analytics must exclude emails, phone numbers, authentication codes, payment identifiers, and message contents. Any optional tracking requiring consent must remain off until you choose it.

Choices and retention

You can request access, correction, or deletion through support. Financial, safety, dispute, and legally required records may need to be retained. A retention schedule and verified privacy contact must be approved before public booking opens. Optional SMS consent is separate from required trip communications.

Security and complaints

Privileged accounts use two-step verification, sensitive actions are audited, and product records are server-controlled. Contact support about privacy questions or complaints. Applicable statutory privacy rights remain in effect.
